Lancaster Drawer Front
Description
If you like Shaker but want a crisper outline, look at Lancaster. A small rabbet is cut around the outside of the frame, which gives each front a thin shadow line where it meets the cabinet. Inside, a centered-dado frame holds a flat panel, so the face stays quiet and easy to paint.
The frame is built with mortise and tenon joints in your choice of 11 hardwoods, including cherry, walnut, hickory and quarter-cut red oak. Choose a 1/4″ or 3/8″ flat panel, run the grain vertically or horizontally, or divide a long front into two or three panels to match wide drawers.
Stiles and rails can be as slim as 1-1/2″ or as wide as 4″. Order it raw, primed, or finished in one of 13 paint colors or 10 stains, sized anywhere from 6-1/8″ × 4-1/8″ up to 48″ × 20″.

Fits perfect and makes the old vanity look new at a fraction of the cost to replace. Would have like to see the center of the panel made of better wood.

Hi Timothy,
Thanks for the feedback! You ordered Paint Grade Maple with an HDF center panel. This center panel material is purposely used because it is more dimensionally stable and moisture resistant than wood. This make for a better looking, longer lasting painted finish. Hope this helps!
