Shipping & Delivery

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 states and the US Virgin Islands. We can’t ship to PO boxes, military addresses (APO, FPO or DPO), other US territories, or outside the US, so please give a street address where a carrier can deliver.

What shipping costs

  • Orders of $139 or more ship free to the continental US.
  • Under $139: cabinet doors, drawer fronts, drawer boxes and other wood products ship for a flat $18. Hardware adds 40% of the hardware total when it’s under $50, or 20% when it’s $50 or more.
  • Alaska, Hawaii and the US Virgin Islands: shipping is charged on every order and shown at checkout.
  • Gift cards aren’t shipped; they’re emailed.
  • You see the exact shipping charge in your cart and at checkout before you pay.

When it ships

Every wood product is made to order. Current lead times are on Our Process, and transit usually takes 2–5 business days more. We’ll email you the estimated ship date once your order is in production. Hardware ships separately, usually the next business day.

How it ships

  • Wood products: smaller orders ship by parcel (UPS or Spee-Dee). Large orders ship by LTL freight (such as XPO or FedEx Freight).
  • Hardware ships by USPS, UPS or Spee-Dee, in its own package.
  • When each package ships, you get its tracking by email or text, whichever you chose at checkout, and updates when it’s out for delivery and delivered.

Pickup

Pickup is available only to approved wholesale accounts.

Receiving your order

  • Before you sign for a freight delivery, check every box for damage. If you see any, write “DAMAGED” on the delivery receipt and describe it. Drivers often won’t wait while you open each box, so if you’re unsure, mark it damaged.
  • Report any problem within 24 hours of receiving your order: damage, a wrong item, or a defect. Send us your order number and photos, and keep all packaging, the product and the delivery receipt until it’s settled.
  • We file damage claims with the carrier and replace damaged items. See Returns, Cancellations & Remakes.
  • If a delivery needs a signature and you can’t be there, use the link in your tracking message to arrange it with the carrier. We can’t be responsible for orders the carrier returns because no one was available.
