Hardwood Dovetail Drawer Boxes are the standard in American cabinet drawers. We think you’ll be pleased by the craftsmanship and durability of these Drawer Boxes.
- 5/8″ Solid Hardwood sides with eased edges, Dovetailed at the corners
- 3/8″ engineered core plywood bottom; Flat, stable, and Strong (not 1/4″ like most competitors)
- 1/2″ recessed bottom; Ready for Undermount OR Side mount drawer slides
- Optional rear notching available for Assembled Dovetails that are 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, and. 27″ deep. Works for undermount slides up to 2-1/4″ wide.
- Width: 6.75″-38″; Depth: 7.25″-28″; Height: 2.625″- 11″
- Shipped Ready to Assemble, Sand, and Finish; Or, choose Factory Assembly and Clearcoat finishing
- Available in Natural Hard Maple, White Hard Maple, Red Oak, and Walnut
- These drawer boxes are made with the intention that the installer will fasten a drawer front to the front. You can see our drawer fronts here.
UNASSEMBLED BOXES REQUIRE SOME WOODWORKING SKILLS TO ASSEMBLE. THIS MAY INCLUDE FITTING DOVETAILS, GLUING, FILLING, AND SANDING. IF YOU ARE UNSURE, FACTORY ASSEMBLY IS A GREAT VALUE! Dovetails MUST be assembled as soon as you receive them. Changes in relative humidity will greatly affect the wood. Products ordered unassembled can not be returned for failed assembly.

Dovetails fit together perfectly, really loved the wood. Weirdly enough, I had to recut two of the side slots for the bottom because they were joggled and crooked. In a process like making hundred of these drawers I can’t understand how something simple as a dado could be messed up like that, had to be a machine setup. Otherwise these drawers are beautiful and perfect!

Great construction and finish. These boxes were used as part of a renovation of our 30 year old Neff kitchen, the Cabinet Door Store quality was higher than the original high end cabinet boxes. All boxes and hardware was replaced. The original Kitchen doors were refinished by our painters. We have a completely renovated kitchen at a fraction of the cost of a new one – Thanks in large part to the team at The Cabinet Door Store!!!!
