Customer service is great as is quality. The problems were with the order itself. I ordered two sample doors with a stain finish. They arrived unfinished. The order was replaced and I received two doors–one as specified, finished, and one obviously ordered by somebody else–wrong size, wrong wood, wrong finish. Now I am concerned with placing a large order.
