Orders of $139 or more ship free. Under $139, hardware ships for 40% of the hardware total when it is under $50, or 20% from $50, plus a flat $18 when the order has wood products. These rates are for the continental US; we quote shipping to Alaska and the Virgin Islands.
Returns: hardware can be returned within 30 days of receipt in new, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the customer pays return shipping. Special order items can't be returned. To return a product, call or email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

The locking devices sent were all left side mount. Once contacted, an apology was made, and a picture was requested of the incorrect parts. New parts were sent.
