Orders of $139 or more ship free. Under $139, hardware ships for 40% of the hardware total when it is under $50, or 20% from $50, plus a flat $18 when the order has wood products. These rates are for the continental US; we quote shipping to Alaska and the Virgin Islands.
Returns: hardware can be returned within 30 days of receipt in new, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the customer pays return shipping. Special order items can't be returned. To return a product, call or email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Thanks for the feedback! You ordered the drawer too deep at 21.5″. We emailed you and offered to change the depth to the correct dimension of 21″. We have no way of checking your other dimensions for you but the instructions on the product page are correct. Drawer height should be 7/8″ less than the opening height.
