Orders of $139 or more ship free. Under $139, hardware ships for 40% of the hardware total when it is under $50, or 20% from $50, plus a flat $18 when the order has wood products. These rates are for the continental US; we quote shipping to Alaska and the Virgin Islands.
Returns: hardware can be returned within 30 days of receipt in new, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the customer pays return shipping. Special order items can't be returned. To return a product, call or email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

I struggled a bit with the hardware. Took a while to figure out how to install it.

No instructions were provided for the sliders, but found them on you tube. Install was simple as the fit the drawer without any issue
