What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping is FREE if the total cost of the order is over $139. Under $139 is based on the product and the delivery location.
How do you ship your products?
Smaller orders ship via FedEx Air & Ground as well as UPS. Larger orders ship via an LTL carrier.
Can I Order a Sample Door or Drawer Front?
Some of our customers want to see their product before placing a large order. They find it best to simply order one of their actual sizes to help with visualization. Please type “Sample” in custom note on product page.
What is your Return Policy?
Our products are guaranteed to meet or exceed your expectations! If we mess up, we take full responsibility. However, products custom-made correctly to your specific needs are non-returnable. Do you offer Pre-Finishing?
Yes. We offer a highly durable Post Catalyzed Conversion Varnish as a Solid Color coating or as a Clear Coat over raw wood. We also offer a single coat primer option. Check out our Paint Colors.
