What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping is FREE if the total cost of the order is over $139. Under $139 is based on the product and the delivery location.
How do you ship your products?
Smaller orders ship as parcels and larger orders ship by freight. You get a tracking link when your order ships.
Can I Order a Sample Door or Drawer Front?
Some customers like to see one before placing a large order. Order one of your actual sizes in the wood and finish you’re considering: it’s made just like the rest of your order. Stain and paint sample pieces are coming to the store.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Every door, drawer front and drawer box is made to order, and each item on your order moves through our shop on its own. You can ask to cancel or change an item by chatting with us or calling 800-257-8263. What’s possible depends on how far that item has gone:
- Not yet started: cancel or change it in full.
- In production (engineered, cut, assembled or sanded): we refund the item minus the work already done on it, or charge that work toward the change.
- In finishing: we can stop the finish and ship the item unfinished, refunding the finishing cost.
- Packed or shipped: it can’t be cancelled or changed.
Refunds to a card are less a 3% card processing fee. Items being remade can’t be cancelled. We’ll confirm the exact amount before anything is refunded or charged. You can see where each item is in My Account.
What is your Return Policy?
Our products are guaranteed to meet or exceed your expectations! If we mess up, we take full responsibility. However, products custom-made correctly to your specific needs are non-returnable. Please double-check your order for correct measurements, quantities, and product matches, and report any problem within 24 hours of receiving it. Read our returns policy.
What is your Warranty?
The Cabinet Door Store warrants that its cabinet doors and drawer fronts will be free from defect in workmanship and material for one year from the date of shipment. Read More
Do you offer Pre-Finishing?
Yes. We offer a highly durable Post Catalyzed Conversion Varnish as a Solid Color coating or as a Clear Coat over raw wood. We also offer a single coat primer option. Check out our Paint Colors.
