Immediately after the online purchase, I received emails from a representative verifying dimensions, which was nice. The doors were also very well made. However, after the order was submitted, we received an email with the expected delivery date, which was significantly longer than the lead time advertised on the website and this caused a huge problem with our client.

Your customer service was good but your time of delivery to the customer is to long and it difficult for a carpentry contractor to use you. From time of order to delivery needs to be reduced.

The draw was excellent, the wait time was ridiculous. One draw should never takes weeks for delivery.
