  1. I placed my order on Feb 20th and I have yet to hear when I can expect my drawers to into production.

      This order (#350155) for 3 drawer boxes was placed on January 1, 2022 @ 7:08 pm. We emailed you an estimated ship date for this order of 2/4/2022. You received the drawers via UPS, earlier than estimated, on 02/01/2022 5:39 P.M. The tracking number is 1ZF9504E6855092267

      A new order (#374084) was placed on February 20, 2022 @ 4:33 pm and went into production February 23, 2022 at 10:30. Again, we sent you an email with an estimated ship date of 4/21/22. Please check your spam or junk folder for that email.

  2. these were the worst dovetail joints I have ever seen! The wood was all torn the joints were very loose and sloppy you need to get some sharp bits if you’re going to call yourselves Craftsman.

      So sorry to hear you’re not happy! This review is the first we heard you had issues! We are always happy to quickly take care of things like this. We need to see photos right away once you encounter the problem. Photos can be emailed to [email protected].

      Also, factory assembly is a great option if customers do not want to fit dovetails and do woodworking.

  3. Great product. Terrible customer service, won’t be ordering from again

      Sorry that you are not happy! It seems you are referring to your desire to change your order after it was placed in production. We make it very clear on the website that this is not possible. In your case, we checked to see if we could catch your order but it was already on the production floor.

      You agreed to this policy when you placed your order. You said the order was correct and that you knew that changes were not possible. When we replied that nothing could be done you got mad at us. How is that “terrible customer service”? Seems like you’re misplacing the blame here.

      You’ll find that other companies like ours have the exact same policy. We recommend you check your order thoroughly before placing it regardless of where you order it from.

      Sorry to hear you’re having trouble! This is the first we’ve heard about it! I see your drawer boxes were delivered by FedEx on Wednesday 8/19/2020 at 1:03 pm. The package was signed for by M. Moore.

      Is there a chance that someone else on the premises received this package for you?
